Our story began in 1979 with Rock Formations Inc., a company that revolutionized the industry by introducing manmade rock to residential swimming pools. Beyond residential projects, Rock Formations Inc. contributed to many iconic commercial installations, including Raging Waters Waterparks, Heritage USA in North Carolina, and international projects like LeoFoo Village in Taiwan, Paradise Village in Mexico, and the Radisson in Aruba. The company even tackled unique challenges, such as building a lagoon pool on a barge anchored near Cincinnati, Ohio.

The growing popularity of manmade rock led to the creation of RicoRock Inc. in 2003, a company renowned for its high-quality artificial rock products and systems. This was followed by RicoRock Construction Management, which executed complex custom projects beyond standard waterfall designs throughout the U.S. and the Caribbean.
